Objective
Technological purpose
- Develop technologies to produce so efficiently recycled bituminous mixtures temperate overall (100%) layered base, intermediate and urban roads suitable for rolling.
Environmental objective
- Contribute to improving the sustainability of urban road heritage by reusing high quality materials, with low power consumption and low emissions generation manufacturing
Specific objectives
- Develop a prototype manufacturing plant recycled bituminous mixtures suitable for temperate to complete the rehabilitation of urban roads rate.
- Evaluate the technical and economic viability of these mixtures on urban roads with low speed (<50 km / h).
- Perform a pre-normative for the regulation of recycled asphalt mixtures temperate study.
- Establish a set of recommendations for the development and implementation of Public Procurement for construction Organic urban roads.
- Quantifying the environmental impact of eco compared to traditional asphalt mixtures using a Life Cycle Analysis.
