Activities

- Study of possible locations in the city of Madrid to 18,000 m2 paving asphalt LIFESURE echo.

- Physicochemical characterization of RAP for the design of specific mixtures to be produced in prototype manufacturing plant.

- Design, manufacture and assembly of a portable plant for the manufacture of such mixtures from reused modules and other specifically developed within the project.

- Construction of test sections in both CEDEX Test Track and urban locations in Madrid.

- Compare the behavior of traditional bituminous mixtures with asphalt eco LIFESURE both Test Track and urban auscultations successive tranches.

- Evaluate the technical and economic viability of eco asphalt developed in the project , identifying weaknesses, threats , strengths and opportunities for implementation.

- Development of a pre-normative study for the implementation of eco asphalt LIFESURE.
